Saiko No Sutoka Halloween Edition is a spin-off of the original game; Saiko No Sutoka, in which Saiko Chan is a zombie anime girl who wants to play with her school sister.
The player's character is her school sister.
The player needs to repair and complete her body parts, as well as give her food to satisfy her hunger, and also help her defeat Zai so she can escape as soon as possible.
There are three modes with different difficulty levels.
* Easy Mode
Saiko's hunger is much slower and the player can be alone with her without being ambushed by Vai. Players can trigger Yui by clicking once on the main exit.
* Normal Mode
The expected gameplay is as follows: Saiko usually dies at the beginning and the player must revive her. Yui is always nearby, so keep an eye on her as she can ambush and kill the player or Saiko.
* Hard Mode
Saiko has been revived and is actively hungry and looking for meat, both the player and Yui.
