Saiko No Sutoka is a horror survival game in which you as the protagonist must escape from the crazy yandere girl who wants you dead.
The opponent, Saiko Chan, is a psychological serial killer. She is a very unique type of yandere. She likes to play with you before she has a chance to kill you.
The player will take on the role of an escape character and will have to traverse a maze with various traps, puzzles and riddles within a set time frame. Players can use props, move obstacles, or solve puzzles to escape from the maze. If the player does not complete the escape within the allotted time, he or she will fail.
